Hotel La Trufa Negra

It’s not the first time that we have visited this hotel but each time it gets better. The truth is, last year’s room was fantastic but that of this year left it behind. Spectacular.We booked the relaxation service and one more day of the spa with massages. I recommend the hot chocolate, it won’t be the last I have. The food is fantastic: breakfasts with the delicious local cooked meats and what can I say about the room service…no complaints, clean hotel, nice and comfortable, what more can you ask for. We will recommend and repeat it. We stayed two nights and it was worth it because the hotel and the environment warrant it. The contracted product: "romantic getaway". Next time we will reserve ourselves because the Corty agency is slow and confusing.

Good reception, in the absence of a luggage cart and they explain without you having to ask the timetables and the contracted services available. Good accessibility for disabled people. Very good lifts, fast and more than enough.

No deceptions with the room: clean, tastefully decorated, spacious, well heated and isolated, with good distribution and furniture. The bathroom is in perfect condition. The bed nice and big with four pillows. The tasting dinner at the restaurant good, especially the glass of Pedro Ximenez with foie gras foam and meatballs. Sound mountain meal, with the ever-present scent of truffles and great presentation.

It’s a modern and revolutionary hotel situated in the monumental village of Mora de Rubielos, a stone’s throw from the ski stations of Valdelinares and Javalambre.

The only problem it has is its position beside the road, if it could have been moved a few metres and if it had been given the garden, the place would be perfect. The décor is fantastic, the furniture beautiful, the attention of the staff fantastic, and the food delicious.

The spa deserves a separate mention because it is sensational, with an immense window looking out over the snowy mountains of Javalambre. This hotel was featured several months ago in the supplement of a well-knownwomen’s magazine as one of the best “in the world”, although they went too far, I love the place.

My partner and I were left fascinated, the hotel, the room, the spa and, above all, the chocolate massage they gave us, without forgetting to highlight the most excellent a la carte restaurant, which is one of the best places we have eaten at in our lives.

On 4 November, my husband and I made a romantic getaway to La Trufa Negra. And the choice could not have been more correct! It was an unforgettable night...

We were greeted by the friendly and charming hotel staff. They showed us to our room and upon entering a beautiful red rose was awaiting us. The room was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very spacious and modern.

We went down to eat and the meal was excellent, and was the restaurant service, the waiters were really pleasant.

After dinner a night spa experience anticipated us: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We were only three couples, so it seemed that the spa was for us only. After an hour and a half relaxing in the pool, jet showers, Jacuzzi, various aromatic showers, Turkish baths, sauna and hot sun beds, we finished the evening with a bottle of champagne, luxurious!

Finally, the breakfast was very complete with a varied and select buffet.
