Lagar de Matilla

The economy in Lagar de Matilla, on the eastern margin of the Pampa aquifers, is based on wine production, and in the center of the village of Matilla, next to the Church of San Antonio is where the traces of wine processing in colonial times can still be seen today. I don't have the museums' hour, but a clerk at the store will open the museum for you.
