Lake Tahoe

Lake Tahoe is a freshwater lake, in a very big area, 495 square kilometeres, which is on the border between Nevada and California, in the western part of the US. Our experience corresponds to the part of the lake that is in Reno, because we know a few Italian friends who have lived in Reno for 50 years who had a home in this area. Despite having seen some photos prior to the trip, it was a place of incredible beauty.The surface of Lake Tahoe is big and belong to 2 states. The cities that belong to the State of Nevada are Carsson City (the capital) and are Reno and California: South Lake Tahow, Truckee and Tahoe City.
