Not cheap but refined
It is not cheap, a site away from the typical English food, refined, exquisite atmosphere and service, and very, very dark. Smoked salmon is served with a glass bell up to get the food on the table, filling the room with smoke, the game is very well cooked, the lamb too, and the fantastic chocolate dessert. Delicate details after the second course, eggs filled with creme Brullé in silver egg cups. The table, the window, the chandeliers, most romantic.
