Le Dome is a restaurant opposite the covered market of Dijon. It offers two menus, the market menu and the regional menu. The market menu includes a starter and entree with a coffee, or a main and a dessert plus coffee. Depending on the season, you can get meat, fish, or sometimes wild pork in wine sauce, or duck confit with rosemary. It is quite creative. Then the regional menu costs 20 euros for 6 escargot, a Dijon specialty, plus rooster in wine sauce, or beef bourguignon, and for dessert, an ice cream. The menu is a bit more expensive, but the dishes are very well presented. There is also duck, lamb with cream, Rossini sirloin steak with foie gras on top, very delicious.
