This is one of the best restaurants in Angers. Located along the Maine, opposite the cathedral and castle, this gastronomic restaurant offers a cuisine as refined as it is surprising. Tradition, boldness and originality are skillfully blended to delight your taste buds. Listen to the sommelier, who will suggest wine that best matches your dish. You can eat on the terrace, in the dining room upstairs or downstairs, or in the small private room (I've never had the opportunity, though I would like to). The staff are very attentive, and though the prices are quite high, there's a reason for that -
