Slowfood in Tarragona
Slowfood is a new trend in cooking and the truth is that it’s worth trying. If you’re in Tarragona, you really should stop by Lola; all the food (and oftentimes the wine) is produced organically and almost all the products are locally-sourced (with the exception of the pork, which is from Extremadura). They serve things like fried fish, cod, anchovies, grilled octopus with romesco sauce, cheese plates, sea urchin, fresh strawberry tiramisu and cheesecake. It’s a treat for the palate and is worth splurging on!
