A beautiful spot
You can get there by following the route from Saint Louis, in the direction of Makes. For me it's one of the most beautiful spots in the area, but get there early to enjoy a clear view. You can take a fairly easy hike along the walls to the Piton Cabris before descending down a slope to the Patate Bras.
