Manjang Cave

This cave is located to the northeast of the city of Jeju and was one of the conduits through which lava spewed out when this island was formed. It's Natural Monument # 98 in Korea. This lava tube runs for about 7km tunnel and is one of the best preserved in the world. During about 40 minutes of driving in this tube you can learn about the shape and which structures are formed with the passage of time of a volcanic process. This tour is amazing, you encounter different galleries and different rock formations, all the while accompanied by a faint lighting that makes us believe that we are on another planet.
