Manos Benditas Restaurant

This is a restaurant with a funny name, Blessed Hands, which I believe refer to those of the cook, because everything is deliciously prepared. It served Venezuelan dishes, especially seafood, but with variations such as the use of ginger and other exotic spices. The eastern wing with dogfish, chops and shrimp are some of the delicacies on offer here.
