Lousy deal
A terrible deal, although this Hotel is 4 stars , it doesn't live up to its status. Manager Mr Agustín Casasola has a lack of education and a terrible character. Adriana Gongora organises terrible events and has no idea. I hired for a 50 person event, with rooms and rooms some of which were very dirty with many cockroaches, the event was terrible and I didn't receive the proper package deal. The pool looked dirty as if the water had not been changed in a while. I would not recommend this hotel for anything!
