McWay Falls

McWay Falls is an 80-foot waterfall located in Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park along the Pacific Coast Highway. It is one of the most popular images of Big Sur. This spot is not easy to reach if you are there for the first time, but just look out for cars parked along the road side. It is a long stretch so it's easy to spot if you know where you are going. The views around the falls are scenic and you can see the falls beautifully tumbling down in McWay cove. There are also some hiking trails around the falls where you can find fantastic views of the Pacific Ocean. This spot is popular with tourists
