Ukranian Memorial

In several parts of the city of Curitiba, you can see monuments in honour of various ethnic groups that have helped shape the identity of the city. Tingui is the Ukrainian park, with a monument dating from 1995, that consists of a portal with a steeple and a replica of Brazil's oldest Ukrainian church, San Miguel Archangel (in the city of Mallet, Parana). Inside the church you can see the traditional painted Easter eggs and Ukrainian embroidery. There's a small shop selling handmade goods. The memorial is open in the afternoons.
