Mercado do Peixe

This was the indicated place to eat in the island of the Azores. Local food (fish and seafood) that is very well prepared. Do not compare it with what is already known. Ask for advice from the waiter. Very good soups, shrimp (camarão), cod (bacalhau) or cabrarroca (black mouth). White wine is from the area (dry, Frei Gigante).
