Mikado Restaurant

One of the restaurants that I liked during my stay at the resort Gran Bahia Principe Jamaica was the restaurant Mikado. The cuisine is Japanese, but it was very funny because the cooks were people of colour and looked like they had no idea of ​​Japanese cuisine. In my case we had a very nice cook who had a good bit of fun while we ate tepanyaki style- tasting plates of Japanese dishes like tempura made from vegetables, seafood and fried meats, all freshly made in front of us. The presentation of the dishes and the chef's performance were superb, worthy of a show. The truth is that I love Japanese food, and the dishes we tried were all delicious: rice, tempura, soup, sushi, beef, etc ...
