Anthropology Museum
The Museum of Anthropology and History of Merida has a special emphasis on objects of Mayan civilization. I thought the collections were very interesting, and many have explanations in English. I recommend this museum to those ve are visiting the Mayan ruins in the region for more information about this civilization. This building dates from the colonial era and is also very beautiful.
