Newland's Corner

Newland's Corner is a part of high Guildford, which are some hills that have been converted into a park. There was a man, who, when dying, donated his farm to the city. The only condition to this donation was that the place was never built. It later became a beautiful public park. There are forests, picnic tables and especially nice views of the city. If the weather's good you can see towers in London in the distance, which are only 50 kilometers away! To climb Newland's corner from the center you have to start on Farnham Road and then get onto one of the walkways that are climbing on the left.
