Ninth of July Park

Many years ago this was a beautiful park. Today it no longer is and even worse, it has become a dangerous place for the presence of hobos, scooters, motorcycles and quad bikes, holes, broken sidewalks, stray dogs,a mosquito generating lake, and poor people in general.
