Nk’Mip (pronounced Inka-Meep) Cellars is Canada’s first Aboriginal Owned and Operated Winery, and is one of the loveliest that I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Located in beautiful Osoyoos, British Columbia, right next to Spirit Ridge Resort, the Winery spans over 1200 acres and produces Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Riesling Icewine and several Red Blends as well.
