Nueva Saltera Restaurant - Closed

This historic restaurant is at the entrance if you come from Alcoy, Alicante, just across the famous gorge of the battle. It has over 100 years of history (although the current owners have been about 7) and is known by all around. In the morning it is a classic tapas bar, lunch has very affordable weekdays menus and weekends are suitable for all kinds of celebrations and banquets. The prices are always logical, not expensive and don't change depending on the day of the week. This ensures a good flow of customers and a special atmosphere. A lovely choice that I learnt from my parents taught me almost 30 years ago when we were hiking.
