Pamela Joy Lowry Memorial Park

Pamela Joy Lowry was a school friend of mine who died when he was hit by a car in 1982. Her mother created this park in memory of her daughter. The park is small but very nice. It has a pond where you can find many frogs and ducks in the summer. In the winter when the water freezes they use it as a skating rink for kids.
