Parador la Huella

This is by far the best restaurant in East Uruguay. Located few blocks from the Lighthouse of Jose Igancio, this parador is incomparable. It is always full, and you have to book by phone, even though it is getting bigger. You eat so spectacularly and pay well. For people who are star spottersit is highly recomemended. There aren't any famous Buenos Aires people that do not eat there. I've seen, Susana Gimenez, the daughter of Legrand, Gustavo Cerati ... The most amazing was Naomi Campbell.
