Hotel Paris Centro

The owner of this hotel is a scam-monger. When you arrive, he'll tell you that there's no room, but don't worry - he'll offer to put you in an apartment or other place. You'll end up sharing with more people in the same situation. The neighbours were angry about it, and the hotel seems to be run by some kind of mob! I've never seen anything like it in my life.
