Cabo Trafalgar - Conil Trail (C3)

This path of the natural monument Tómbolo de Trafalgar runs parallel to the coast, past the beaches and dunes of Zahara, El Palmar, or Castilnovo and, after crossing a marsh, you get to Conil de la Frontera. You start from the kiosk "Las Dunas" very close to Canos de Meca and walk up a paved road which is closed to traffic until the Trafalgar Lighthouse, which is surrounded by a wooden platform where a panel explains the Battle of Trafalgar. You can enjoy a panoramic view of Marisucia beach, Trafalgar Creek and Zahara beach, along the route a sandy path links together several XIII century defensive towers whose building was commanded by Alonso Perez de Guzman "the good ".
