You cannot leave without trying their Piada Rimini and Cassoni; dishes with ingredients in a mass of crusty bread. It is a kind of casual food and this place prepares them well. We were testing a bunch of guys and we got to the ears. The difference between Piada and Cassoni is that the ingredients are put inside the dough all together are placed in the oven, while in Piada the dough's baked and then the ingredients are added.
