Porta Antigua Hotel

Situated just 3 blocks from the Plaza Mayor. The hotel has two buildings facing each other, just across the cobbled street. It has 77 rooms, decorated in colonial style and quite big. Upon entering the hotel at the reception there is a very nice fountain, always adorned with flowers, and we must also highlight the pool area. It has a very cozy atmosphere for its guests to enjoy.

Last week I was in Guatemala to attend a course in marketing which was in Antigua. This was perhaps my 8th visit to this city and every time I find it cuter and more and more magical than the last. We stayed at the Porta Hotel Antigua. The people are special, especially the guys at reception who were so helpful, friendly and warm to visitors such as myself. Also the service is excellent.
