Rapallo

On the way to Portofino we discovered this beautiful and elegant Italian coast city without knowing that it existed beforehand. For us it was like the prelude to the exquisite Portofino. A weekly market, a beautiful castle on the sea, colorful houses, a tremendous atmosphere, and other things convinced us to stop the car and take a few hours to find out its secrets. Located in the central Gulf of Tigullio, lapped by the blue Mediterranean and embraced by the elegant Portofino and the Ligurian coast, it's worth exploring the city's streets, its monuments and every corner of this elegant, welcoming, and beautiful Italian village.
