Famous for its fine cuisine
The L'Escale restaurant is located opposite the fishing port. It is well known in les Sables d'Olonne. Famous for its fine cuisine, the restaurant is usually full. The nautical decor, based on the surroundings, blends seamlessly in with the area. On the menu, you can enjoy seafood (shrimps, prawns, oysters, clams, crabs, lobster, sea snails, homemade fish terrine, eels, cuttlefish, sardines...). The only problem is that it's not easy to find parking in summer.
