Restaurant Preto

Preto is a chain of restaurants in London similar to the churrascaria restaurants that you can find throughout Latin America. You arrive, get seated, and order a delicious cocktail. Then you head to the gourmet salad and hot bar. You have a choice between 18 salads, hot vegetables and typical Brazilian dishes. Then come the servers with all kinds of meat that they cut directly onto your plate. The grill everything: pork, lamb, rabbit hearts, beef, chicken...it's really tasty. They give you two small chips, one red and one green. The green chip means you want more food and, well, the red one means you're stuffed.
