Rincon Murciano

The Rincón del Murciano is a popular restaurant located a few meters from the Playa de Levante, the busiest in the city. It is a magnificent restaurant with good prices; a hearty dinner usually costs about 13-15 € per head with drinks. Among their popular dishes, I’d highly recommend the chopitos (baby squid), the Murcian-style salad, the octopus, and the steak. They have a large outdoor terrace in summer that’s always full. It’s no problem if you go to the restaurant without reservations because the turnover is high and in less than 5 minutes you will have a table ready.

I had always seen good reviews of this place and I thought I’d add mine. It is next to the Levante beach and the truth is that it gets pretty crowded. A good thing is that the dishes are quite large (and not very expensive) and you just can't leave without tasting the famous fried baby squid and the Galician-style octopus. Heavenly. I recommend it!

This place serves great natural ingredients grilled to perfection. You should arrive early because it fills up quick. The service good and the restaurant is clean and centric.
