A nature walk

Who doesn't like walking between nature right in a capital like Madrid? Thanks to these gardens we have this opportunity, they are ideal for their location and the beauty.

The Sabatini Gardens are located in front of the Northern facade of Royal Palace, in between Bailén street and Cuesta de San Vicente. These gardens were built in the 30s, after the proclamation of the Second Republic, at the place where there used to be the stables built by the Italian architect Francesco Sabatini, next to the Royal Palace. Enjoy!

An essential walk in madrid

The Royal Palace in Madrid is, for sure, one of the loveliest and best preserved in Europe. And just next to it, there are the Sabatini gardens, perfect to have a walk right in the center of Madrid, surrounded by fresh nature.

Somehow, it is one of the places that we the people of Madrid do not often visit and then, when we are in visiting another place in the world, we think: "Why don't I go there more often?". It has no reason to be envious of other great European works. A perfect place to have a walk on a Spring day in the capital.

Romantic space

The Sabatini Gardens are located on the North face of the Royal Palace and is a real delight walking through them. You will find various sculptures and a fountain in the middle. Apart from being a great place to walk and relax, I consider it very romantic. Sometimes there are recreational activities and free shows (dance, zarzuela, traditional Spanish operetta, etc.).

The sabatini gardens are annexes gard...

The Sabatini Gardens are annexes gardens of the Palacio Real. I discovered them by chance while I headed back to visit the Palacio Real. I noticed the Sabatini Gardens Street. It is a few blocks next to the Palacio. This garden is very beautiful and also very well maintained. Everything is very green and exotic. The garden is not very big. There are pleasant fountains. Gardens, you can see the facade of the royal palace is beautiful. I found the visit to this very nice and pleasant garden. The tour is more totally free.

It is one of the most beautiful place...

It is one of the most beautiful places in Madrid. Located next to the Royal Palace, the Sabatini Gardens are a natural oasis in the middle of the city. They were diseados by the author who named them, Sabatini and now gives a beautiful fountain right in the middle of the garden extension. A delight in all times of the year and a corner to rest your feet, in the tourist route.

Los Jardines del Palacio Real is located just behind the main entrance of the Palacio Real de Madrid (Royal Palace). These gardens are very pleasant to rest a few moments, an ice cream made on the street corner or admired the Royal Palace from another angle! During the summer, a stage is set up to accommodate theater, singing, dance, opera etc.. Learn early in your stay at the tourist office which is Plaza Mayor for the entertainment in the capital.

The gardens of the royal palace (or s...

The gardens of the Royal Palace (or Sabatini Gardens), build in 1950, their name architects Sabatini and Sacchetti, who had decided that the north side of the palace would have gardens (This location is now designed for stables). The park, built in a neoclassical style, is just outside the north side of the Grand Palais. Divided into quadrants, it is full of trees including cypress. One can also observe an ornate circular fountain newts, two central pillars of the park.

Walking through sabatini

One of the corners of Madrid that I love you is the area surrounding the Royal Palace. In this case the Sabatini Gardens, which are accessible either by Bailen street or up the hill to San Vicente. Ideal for a walk alone or accompanied at any time of year.

Fantstica

Well my experience at the Sabatini Gardens in Madrid was great because I was taking pictures and one day I went to play with an orchestra, and the surrounding countryside are great, I recommend it for a short break in Madrid, and then two steps is the East Square, opposite the Royal Palace and other 2 steps Moro Square, is fine to make a excursioncilla and do a very good photo shoot.

It 'a hidden corner in the most beaut...

It 'a hidden corner in the most beautiful gardens in Madrid, the Royal Palace, where he was a gentleman sitting on a bench reading a newspaper, the Sunday. I discovered one morning that I walked with some family members who came to visit the Spanish capital and wanted to see the gardens. We already know what they say, you can visit places only when it is people from outside to visit us, otherwise we would. Since I took this picture so magical I usually visit many new angles for me in this city.
