Formerly a public bathroom
This is a former public bathroom outside Kyoto. They have kept the mirrors, and the original tiled scales. In the 50's, they were restored, and ceased to function as bathrooms in 2005. For the past two years its been a cafe and restaurant serving pasta, coffee, and teas. They don't sell alcohol or commercial fizzy drinks: only water, juices, and original ginger ale.
