Ancient Dionysiana
Sahline is a touristy town located between Monastir and Sousse. Its name is actually Aouinet Esshaline, and was called Dionysiana in Ancient Greek times. It's here where you can see the great salt fields of Monastir, from which salt is extracted for consumption. It is obtained by a process of heating and condensing sea water (the Mediterranean in this case).
