The Shack Restaurant is a breakfast staple at Flanders Four Corners in East Lyme. The Shack has hearty breakfasts and lunches with huge portion sizes. My favorite are the delicious grilled blueberry muffins or the huge stack of pancakes. They also serve savory breakfasts including omelets and the elaborate home fries that incorporate everything into a home fry. The line at the shack can get long during prime times, so be sure to arrive early for a table.
