An assortment of fish
Sham's is a restaurant that is near Auski Camp Dahab hostel. It faces the sea and, like most coastal restaurants, offers an assortment of fish depending on the day's catch. Overall, a big plate of fish, bread, salad, and fries goes for around 10 euros. Sham's is also a hotel run by an Austrian-Egyptian couple - they have a menu of Egyptian specialties, again, mainly seafood. They even accept euros if need be. You enter into a Bedouin tend with low tables and chairs, and have a view of the sea. It's quite nice!
