Stand Up Paddle Courts

The Stand Up Paddle is a new sport, derived from surfing. It consists of a long and stable flat plate that you sit on and use a large paddle to move. This school, located between Cénac and St Julien, bordering the Dordogne river and in the heart of Perigord, offers courses for beginners and takes you along the beautiful river, passing castles from the middle ages. It's an original, fun sport that also allows you to exercise in an idyllic setting. Highly recommended!
