The restaurant Stockholm has one of the busiest terraces in Rotterdam...if it's a Saturday and the weather is nice, it'll be almost impossible to find a table. They serve international cuisine like seafood and risotto, but most people just come for a coffee or a beer in the sun while overlooking the historic old harbor and its boats below the cube houses.
