Sumo Ramen

Sumo Ramen is a chain of ramen restaurants (Chinese noodles prepared in a Japanese style) which is very popular in China. Decorated with motifs related to the Sumo on the walls, here you can enjoy quite a good ramen, with many different kinds and with a choice of between 6 different sauces for soup: The three typical Japanese soups (Miso, soy Saly) and another 3 that give this establishment a personal touch. In these places the staff tend to speak a little English (although it may depend on the branch), the service is fast and the portions are good. A bowl of ramen usually costs about 3 Euros.
