Sweet & Spicy is one of the most famous restaurants on Brick Lane. Its facade is covered with recommendations for its delicious and refined food. It serves Indian and Pakistani dishes. It is cheap, you can eat a meat dish, a vegetable curry, plus a drink for 10 pounds, and the portions are huge. Sometimes there is a kind of buffet where everything is ready and they serve you quickly, other dishes require longer preparation. They offer a set menu. The lamb dishes are very good.
