The best Spanish omelette sandwiches are, with out a doubt, prepared in this typical bar in San Sebastian's old town. Apart from countless other big and delicious snacks, I was glad to come here and see the town's classic atmosphere, watch how the waiters work and order snacks. It's a good stopping place, and affordable. (Average price for a potato sandwich is 3.5€)
It is quite inexpensive and the quality of the products is good. The mushroom omelet is delicious! They have a curious system of communicating the dishes to the kitchen.
I would definitely go back because they have an extensive omelet menu. If you are on a hurry they prepare you a sandwich to go!
