The Arts District

The Arts District in the beautiful city of Portland is a central neighborhood where every shop window is decorated in detail, and every corner announces an event or a show that will be held in the coming days (always updated). And in summer there is always a painter who exhibits his works in a cloth outdoors, while a guitarist sings the songs of Bob Dylan. The shops always advise responsible consumption, and create items from recycled material or items which are recyclable. In this area there are restaurants and bars such as Alternative Space Gallery's that I talked about yesterday, or the Blue Note.
