Cocktails and charcuterie
The Butcher Shop is a bar and restaurant in the alternative Wynwood area that serves delicious cocktails and has a menu revolving around charcuterie and sausages. The restaurant is divided into two sections: an outdoor terrace with a DJ and an indoor bar area. I went with some friends on a Saturday in summer and we had a blast. There was a DJ playing 80's music an I got to try a couple dishes (the Gorgonzola-stuffed burger with bacon was the highlight) and a few different cocktails like a Flying Grasshopper made with vodka, crème de cacao and crème de menthe. Really fun evening.
