The Houston Fire Museum

The Houston Fire Museum ( Houston) tells the story of local Houston firefighters from the late 19th century to the present. The special photo exhibition allows one to follow the history of firefighting from the early years to the use of modern technology. What stands out in the museum is the 1892 fire truck which didn't meet a modern pumper until the 20th century.
