The longest traboule in Old Lyon

This is the longest traboule the center of Old Lyon. The medieval district, a UNESCO World Heritage, has a 40 "Traboules" that are open to the public. These are passages that go from one building's courtyard to another for residents to avoid going outside. This, the Long Traboule, zigzags 4 different buildings and 4 courtyards. If you take it you pass from Saint Jean street to Beoug street. The owners of the buildings that face this traboule have signed an agreement with the city, which is responsible for light cleaning and maintenance of facades, in exchange for allowing visiting during the day.
