Reminder of victims of terrorism

The perimeter fences establish a perimeter, mark boundaries, but in this case also express a feeling. After 911 (September 11, 2001) someone hung this wire fence decorated with ceramics reminding one of the victims died in the Twin Towers, and ceramics were slowly added to it by the community until the place became a true memorial . It is located in New York, at the intersection of 11th Street to Seventh Avenue and tour buses often pass by.
