People are super friendly
Nearly everyone in Nicaragua knows Pollos Tip Top. It's Nicaraguan style fried chicken. However, in Bluefields tip top fried chicken tastes different, I think it's altered for the taste of the Caribbean, the flavor is stronger. The people who work there are super friendly, unfortunately not many people work there so at the end of the day the girls who work there are tired. I recommend eating there although it's not traditional in Bluefields.
