Tradeston Bridge

This new pedestrian bridge opened in 2009 connects Tradeston in Glasgow to the city center. It's really nice because while the riverbanks were a sad and industrial place before, now when you cross you get to a modern part of town, with a shopping mall, bowling alley, several restaurants and a cinema - there's even a casino. In 10 minutes you are on the other side of the river which has several bars too. It was designed by a Scandinavian architect and has an S form, it's not a straight bridge, that gives a nice touch, and is white. The goal was to energize the other side of the river that is beginning
