Trekking in Godangbong Mount

An activity from the weekend I spent in living the monastic life in Beomeosa Temple was trekking in the mountains near the temple. We did the trek in about three hours, with a monk and one of the temple volunteers. I was a bit tired because we woke up at 3 am, but the reward was an extraordinary view of Busan and the entire surrounding area from the top of Mount Godangbong. The road is on an incline practically all time (and on the way down you break your legs), through a completely bare forest alongside a river, until it reaches a rised area and from there the rocky path is well signaled.
