Underbelly is located in the Little Italy neighborhood of San Diego and specializes in Traditional Japanese Ramen noodle soup. You can tell this place is trendy - it has a very hip vibe and is always full of people no matter what time of day it is. They have indoor/outdoor seating and an upstairs seating area as well. They also do a ton of takeout. The service was wonderful and the food was unforgettable. My personal recommendation is the Belly Of The Beast - Hoisin Glazed Short Rib, Brisket, Oxtail Dumplings and a Soft-Boiled egg. I will be dreaming of this place for years to come.
