This hidden alley in Trento houses a very special place ... a pizza restaurant specialising in "pot pizza". What's this? Well, it's pizza cooked with the edges folded, keeping the dough softer. Personally, I like my pizza crispy, but it's definitely worth trying! Especially because they are so good, made with classic wholemeal, or gluten-free dough. The staff are very nice, and will make you feel at ease. The wide selection of beers is particularly good. If you don't want pizza, there are other options available, mostly meat.
